When ever problems arise meet together and choose the best solution to solve the problem, and do so as the Guildmaster would do.

     I expect every council member to respect each member for if they respect the members they will in turn get respect from the members and council.

     I expect every council member to be able to help any member when able and do so quickly and efficiently.

     Do not talk about council meetings with other members, when there are council meetings the information and votes must be held confidential and only be discussed with other council members, proper actions will be taken in response.

     Do not keep issues from the council members or the Guildmaster, if you have a problem go to that person and deal with it thoroughly, and get the problem fixed. Worse problems will occur if actions aren't taken.
