Rule #1This clan does not support the usage of ANY hack available.
Rule #2 We do not allow the use of Baal-Bots, Pindlebots, Picket, c-3po, hacked items. Use them at your own risk. If you are discovered using a map hack on sc or war 3 that's an instant ban. Only d2 is allowed a map hack.
Rule #3 No one shall abuse the channel. If you are using a meph or pindle bot, do not come in or you will be banned. Use it at your risk. We do not tolerate these programs as stated in rules 1 & 2.
Rule #4 If you lose your account [i.e. was stolen, or banned by blizz] you will be barred from the clan trading and xfer games for 2 weeks or pending upon the situation. (Note this pertains to d2)
Rule #5 No one shall pester, or ask for an item more than three times. If so you will be warned. If continued you will be dropped in rank. And if person continues, they will be delt with according to the council ruling.
Rule #6 No one shall steal an item from someone, serious actions will be taken. Rank demotion and total ban from clan trades and xfer games. If continued you will be banned and kicked out of the clan and marked by the council as a unsafe player.
Rule #7 You cannot be in more than one clan. You must be in the alliance, or not. You must choose.
Rule #8 New members will undergo a 30 day testing period to see if they have what it takes to be in the DaE.
Rule #9 When the council is in session, do not bother them because they are busy with clan issues. No one is allowed in a council game, unless invited by the leader or a fellow council member.
Rule #10 All members must join the channel when they first sign on.
Rule #11 In the fire house you have a week to hammer out your problems, no racial, sexual or derogertory comments will be tolerated. After a week the post will be closed, and you must deal with the problem elsewhere one on one.
Rule #12 Every clan member, from new recruit all the way up to founder must and will treat all senior leadership with equal respect. Council members earned the right and privilage of being a council member and you will treat them the same. If this respect is not given then action will be taken
Rule #13 On the forums no one will post any racial, sexual or inappropriate comments. They will not be tolerated.
Rule #14 Treat each and every Council member the same as you would treat the founder.
Rule #15 When activating the Diablo Clone, the person who made the game decides who gets the charm. Exception to rushes.
Rule #16 When activating Uber Tristram, the persone who made the game decides who gets the drops. Exception to rushes.
